Design Notes
In order to optimize the efficiency of transformation(GPP to a-pinene), a flexible linker GGGGSGGGGS (FL) is introduced to link the C-terminus of ERG20ww and the N-terminus of t48PS. As a result, GPP synthase and pinene synthase would fuses together, thus the allocation of the supply of GPP could be enhanced in the target pathway.
